Betting Rules

We are committed to providing a transparent and fair betting experience for all users. The following rules apply to all bets and markets:

Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed and logged in our system, it is considered valid. After confirmation, bets cannot be modified or canceled unless there is a system malfunction or event cancellation.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is delayed but completed within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets placed will remain valid. If the event is not concluded within this period, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded to the user.

Incorrect Odds or Market Listings
In the case of an obvious error in the odds, market listings, or event results, the bet may be voided or settled using the correct odds at the time the bet was placed. We reserve the right to make adjustments to any errors without prior notice.

Suspicious Betting Activity
Any bet flagged as suspicious, collusive, or in violation of fair play standards may be canceled. We have the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds if fraudulent or manipulative behavior is detected.

Betting Limits and Restrictions
Betting limits may change based on factors such as user behavior, risk levels, or specific event categories. Some markets may be unavailable due to legal, regulatory, or technical restrictions.

Event Settlement
All bets will be settled based on the official result announced by the governing body of the respective sport. For live betting, the result at the end of the event will determine the final outcome, not the time the bet was placed.

Void Bets
If a market is declared void for any reason, the original stake will be refunded to the user. This includes situations where events are abandoned before completion and no official result is announced.

Live Betting Delays
Live betting may be subject to delays. Odds are updated in real-time and can fluctuate rapidly during an event. Bet placement times will be recorded and locked to ensure accuracy in accordance with the live odds.
